The huge problem here is the idiotic kiosk that customers use when they order. The process can be confusing, forcing customers to "start over" on screen, get stuck on what to do next, and you need to go through a bunch of steps to just order & you need to type in your phone number and name on scree. I watch as scores of people spend 5-10 minutes trying to figure the stupid Kiosk out as the line behind them grows. I'm never coming back here.
