I did the UFE fibroid procedure with Dr. Allaei and I was in and out and back to work in a week. I truly recommend this procedure. No OB ever told me this was an option. I had to research on my own and take a leap of faith. I am so glad that I did but at the same time I’m upset no one had told me about this option. I could have done this many years ago instead of suffering because I didn’t want surgery.

The After years of being told I needed to have a hysterectomy and never being told I had other options, I finally came across the embolization option. It is very disappointing that no other doctor mentioned this. When I met Dr Allaei he told me I was a good candidate and I did not need a hysterectomy, which was shocking after all this time dealing with pressure on my bladder to only be told I need a hysterectomy.
