I have been a patient for decades and I received EXCELLENT care from the doctors. My issue is with the billing department. Every time I go they tell me I have a past balance. I have gotten a full accounting of everything and paid it off. This happened twice. Today I go to an appointment and was told I have an outstanding ballance AGAIN! I paid it off again however, I am going to file a complaint with the insurance commissioner's office as well as the State attorney general's office. I would like to share my experience as a patient at CFM for maaaaaany years (I have actually been going to this facility back when Dr McCallum was there). I have seen several of the providers at CFM over the years and every encounter has been great. Each time I call for an appointment they are able to get me in very quickly. If you’re more than 7 minutes late to an appointment they won’t see you. Front desk is rude.

I’ve been going to Dr. Solkovitz and his practice since I returned to Redding about 15 years ago and my children come here, too. I’ve never had a negative experience with any member of staff and credit them with saving my life on several occasions. The front office staff is always kind and helpful and even ask about my kids when they aren’t in the office. I haven’t had the pleasure of seeing any other providers in this office, but I wanted to share our experience with Dr Solkovits, who is my newborn son’s pediatrician. I had never met him prior to him seeing our son in the hospital the day after his birth. He treated my husband and I with such care and compassion, never made us feel rushed, and really listened to all of our questions and concerns.
