Today again the Natomas indoor pool was filthy. I could not finish my exercise because I got anxiety on the filth. The manager has been told how dirty but nothing has been done.
Large gym with a pool, racquet ball courts and a rock climbing wall.
If you're using a cardio tv, the range of working channels is 14-37. Not below, not above. You won't even get the whole range of 14-37.

This is the one gym that ppl don't know how to park. There always available parking at the south end of the lot
