I think the downtown 9th and K location needs to get their stuff correct as I was in the hydro massage table and had a football thrown at me because the staff is goofing off they never have the correct change to give you when you buy something I showed up 5 o'clock in the morning on the 1st to pay my bill they already hate me for a late fee on the 1st at 5 o'clock in the morning this gym is a joke
The best in sac I been to for working out, the negative is parking , sometimes have to park a few blocks away.
Love the downtown K Street location. Great staff. Clean and machines are always available.

Love the location, love love love the movie rooms and the staff rocks!!
love this gym! friendly staff and the place isn't very crowded. i always bring friends to work out and have a post pool game or a game of hoops on the roof
