Went in for my first appointment June 2025 here it is March 2026 still have not had surgery on my cataract in my left eye . I’m feeling as though this place is not recommendable to anyone.
Three weeks after my exam, the results have not been sent to my primary doctor. I call and they state that their doctor has to see it first and he has not. When will he? We don’t know. Three weeks later? Let me talk to the manager, oh he is not here. Ok your supervisor, put me on hold for a longtime. Called back, no one answered.
Dr Tran is very knowledgeable and concerned about the patient.
Got a referal and been calling for the past couple days to make an appoitmnent but no answer. I stay on hold forever. Calling my insurance to send me another referal for someone else. Edit: I called again and the same issue happened.
