Staff is nice and through. But the wait times a real problem. My last I waited was 40 minutes after my appointment time.
Doctor Chen was very thorough and helpful and professional , Doctor Chen’s assistant Genesis was very helpful and knowledgeable she did all the preparation for my eye exam like dilated my eyes . She was very helpful. The wait was about 10 minutes .
The staff is great but that wait time is way too long. They must overbook. It’s not fair for people to wait over an hour to see doctor
Doctor was very accommodating very diligent. Took very good care of me and gave me extra time when I needed it.
My visit was good with Dr Chen she explained everything very clearly. Also wanted to say her assistant was excellent as well. All staff at Azul are wonderful people
