Was a lovely place to live for four years. Meghan, the building manager is amazing and attentive to your needs. Never had issues in the building, and she was on top of things, and a very kind person. Excellent at her job. I have to be completely honest though having been an apartment dweller all of my life. I've never lived in a building that didn’t fully return my security deposit. I lived here for over 10 years. The apartment was spacious, had a lot of storage and management kept up with repairs as needed. The manager, Meghan is a very sweet woman who always puts herself in the tenant's shoes. They have a cleaning company that does biweekly cleaning of all the common areas. The entire time I rented with them the staff remained the same. The last place I was at the staff switched before I could even get to know someone. My wife and I lived in this building for 9 years. Meghan, the manager of the building, is a kind, caring person who responds promptly whenever issues arise. She goes above and beyond to try to keep tenants happy. We have lived in many apartment complexes over the years, and this is the one where we've stayed the longest, by far. Our apartment was spacious, with tons of light, and lots of storage. The building was very well maintained, both in terms of cleanliness and upkeep.
