By far the worst customer experience I’ve encountered in a long time. They were attentive when trying to make the window sale but after that it all went down hill. I worked with Scott Campbell to order new windows for my upstairs. One of the windows received was broken and Scott ordered a replacement window. The lead time on windows during the pandemic was crazy so 4 months later my new replacement window came. It ended up being the wrong size.
