Disappointing Front Office Experience at Eminent Health Imaging I’ve had mixed experiences with Eminent Health. While the backend staff have been helpful and professional, my recent interaction with a front office employee, Paula, was a stark contrast. Had an MRI appt at 9am. Was checked in and called to the back on time. All the people I encountered were friendly. The MRI tech guy was very nice and comforting. He stated how long the MRI would take and it was accurate. I will definately go back if any imaging is needed again.

The person reading my CT scan has little knowledge of my problem and recorded it as "mild" even tho my sinuses were completely closed. They need to understand that their "opinion" effects insurance coverage.
