For weeks I cannot get a response back from this office. I have emailed twice, no response. Left a few messages with a virtual assistant, no response. The only human I can get to pick up is when I select make an appointment. In that case I have spoken to Sem twice. Both occasions she can’t get a live person on the line and refused to give me a manager name or contact. I only need them to send a paper so I can get my much needed medication. This place is run horribly and would not recommend.

Terrible just trying to get them to acknowledge they have received my referral from my doctor. Have requested my doctor to resend the referral numerous times and have verified the fax number but as of a month later they claim they still haven’t received the referral. If this is how the front office works l am extremely skeptical about any treatment. Will start looking for a more reliable dermatology office.

I saw Rayann Takkouche, PA-C. I went in to have a few spots frozen off and she took the time to exam my entire body. I was also happy that I only had to wait 10 minutes to be seen.

What the heck is this place and what was Regal thinking pulling patients away from good dermatology to this place where they are over booked, don’t have care plans for autoimmune disease and do not recommend a follow up just a call if there is a problem. I’m so upset. I have one option as a regal patient and it’s this place. I do not recommend them at all if you have a health condition that affects your skin.
