I saw Rayann Takkouche, PA-C. I went in to have a few spots frozen off and she took the time to exam my entire body. I was also happy that I only had to wait 10 minutes to be seen.
What the heck is this place and what was Regal thinking pulling patients away from good dermatology to this place where they are over booked, don’t have care plans for autoimmune disease and do not recommend a follow up just a call if there is a problem. I’m so upset. I have one option as a regal patient and it’s this place. I do not recommend them at all if you have a health condition that affects your skin. Not satisfied with this place. For 2 wks have been trying to get lab work and seems like they don't get their records straight to which lab they're sending my request. I just gave up and still back to square one with my medication problems. Very frustrating that you can never speak to humans anymore robots do not have the answers to your questions or other options. It seems that they are always busy because they can't answer the phone. They tell you one thing and don't follow through.
