unfortunately , I can’t give them negative stars . When you go see a dermatologist you assume they’re going to look at your skin I went for hair and skin psoriasis .They didn’t even bother to look just wrote a prescription and of course they didn’t work out and now I’m back at Square one. Didn’t bother to tell me I had ringworm cause he didn’t look at it. . Run the other direction. This place is ridiculous.
I can totally stay on my program and eat healthy here!
My doctor referred me to this clinic for skin care. I wanted to see the facility before scheduling an appointment because to see the quality of the facility. I arrived before lunch, the front door was locked the building was empty. There were delivery slips on the taped to the door. Their number did not go directly to California Dermatology, it was routed through another company. Then I was sent to an answering machine. The entire experience was creepy. I never want to go back there.
THE WORST PLACE TO COME!! they never answer the phone and I never got my medication!! I paid and nothing!! Do not come here!!
This visit to California Dermatology Institute was a complete waste of time. After my HMO referral was approved, their office called me repeatedly to schedule. When I finally answered a call at 7:10 PM on a Friday, I was told they wouldn’t schedule my appointment unless I completed all paperwork online first.
