My 1st visit. Did not meet the doctor. Parking is awful! Not for the handicap at all. It's a long walk to the front door on very VERY rough blacktop that is in despetate need of redoing. My walker almost dumped me. PA was not all that friendly, just doing her job, which she did well. No info of after procedure expectations. She ordered an antibiotic cream, which 2 days later that pharm texted for permission to mail and chg $15 for for the med. Their pham would have meant 5 to 6 missed doses. Nice facility inside, yes the parking can be hard (very small back lot) unfortunately it is that downtown area so you might have to park somewhere else and walk. Their PA Rayann Takkouche was so nice and trying to make sure I was comfortable with the medication options, answering all my questions and concerns. She tried very hard to get my medication requests approved to treat my skin condition and I can tell that she does care. It was okay. Not what I expected.
They REALLY need to sort that parking area out. Seems only the staff can use the parking lot and patients park on the street (Riverside location) Also the explanations and procedures seemed very rushed. I know they’re busy but a minute can go a long way.
