Kelly Valenzuela was the first Dr. in more then 16 months who correctly identified my systems, and for that I am incredibly grateful. Thank you.
The receptionist are very nice. My doctor takes time to listen to whatever is bothering me, and she gives out samples to help with my skin condition. She’s very nice and patient. I would recommend this clinic to anyone who has skin conditions, or very sensitive skin 👍🏽😊
I highly recommend seeking medical care elsewhere. The administrative staff makes it nearly impossible to get through on the phone. Furthermore, the clinical care from P.A. Kelly Valenzuela was unacceptable. She was dismissive, rough, and completely lacked empathy regarding the severe pain I was in. She actually looked annoyed and I felt really uncomfortable. My visit truly resolved my worries from a very severe Scalp Infection. The PA lady (forget her name) was knowledgeable and helpful. Also a follow through appointment for checking on this, and taking Biopsy of lumplike growth on L hand knuckle. I would highly recommend Navid Ezra to friends and family.
Kelly Valenzuela was rude and her staff is incompetent. Awful experience twice!
