May Tolman of the Fairfield, CA BOE is a liar and a thief. She cost my family's small car repair business, Davis Motor Service, almost $100.00 for a board error last year. Do not trust this office. She promised to refund my business for the expenses she required for us to cash and return a refund check. When I inquired to other Board offices of the promised refund, they told me I would not be receiving the money.
