The slowest system ever. I am super excited to start my real estate career but seems like it will take months for my license to go through. They charged my card really quickly but are still super behind in processing new applications. It’s worrying to me if I ever need them for any reason in the future. Something has to be done to get better management. HORRIBLE.

Just waited over an hour on my lunch break to speak with someone over a minor issue involving my broker. They transfer me to child support obligor department(which was not even there); I do not owe nor have child support. It appeared that they just wanted to get me off the phone to run down their queue; so they sent me away. This is REALLY sad. The employees can be nice, but my god the Dre needs to get it together. Worst management system ever. It shouldn’t take them 2 months to barely process my paperwork. It shouldn’t take multiple attempts at me calling, waiting 3 hours on the phone just to be told they don’t know when my paperwork will be processed. They were so quick to charge me 300 bucks but so slow at actually getting things done. It’s so embarrassing at this point. I can’t believe our tax dollars fund this kind of prehistoric system.

If I could give zero stars, that's what they'd get. After a dozen times trying to get an answer on my license renewal, the DRE has yet to give me an update AFTER 4 MONTHS since receiving my submission. They've also deposited my check, so they were obviously very willing to take my money. But yeah...WORST management ever. About to file a complaint to God to see if can work some karma on them.
