Extremely professional communication and timely responses. Never thought I’d give a positive review to a governmental agency, but this is a welcome exception!
I filed my complaint through DMHC against HealthNet who had issue paying my son’s speech therapy provider for 1 year as a lastresort. The problem was resolved within 2 weeks, versus me and the provider sorting it out with HealthNet for 1 year. They are very helpful, glad it worked out and now my son will continue his therapy again. I definitely recommend filling DMHC if you feel like your health insurance is unsatisfactory.
