Make sure to double check with your insurance company prior to procedures. They will tell you it’s not covered charge you. When you call your insurance company it’s a covered benefit and shouldn’t be charged. I asked for a prior authorization/ authorization and my insurance never got the request. Dental office stated they were having issues. There is an online portal plus can mail in the prior authorization. Always check to see what is covered and what is not. Marcos should be fired, he over charges us vs the amount he should be charging based on our insurance, or maybe this is why they keep him.
I had been a happy patient here since 2019 and even switched insurances to be able to continue coming to this office. Dr. Petrosyan is great, and I love the front desk ladies and all the hygenists - they are so sweet! Unfortunately Marcos the Office Manager has soured my experience and I won't be coming back. Essentially he lied to me telling me my HMO insurance doesn't cover ANY treatment, and was over charging me for treatment that IS covered! Honestly the staff was great, the office was super clean and very easy parking. I went in super nervous and scared, the staff did a great job taking care of me and Dr Petrosyan was beyond amazing!
