I found this place because it had good reviews and it lived up to the hype. The office staff is extremely kind and welcoming. The office is very clean. They have advanced equipment and a dentist actually care about you and are willing to ask questions and explain things to you thoroughly.
I need to be very clear about my intent here with my review of the San Fernando location on Glenoaks Blvd. This office staff up front consisting of ANA Miranda and Marcos are the best most proficient knowledgeable and approachable I’ve ever encountered in my 56 years alive. I originally came in for a few filings. The Drs. performed them on my lower right side and I couldn't chew on that side for the next two weeks. My teeth were very sore. I came in for a follow up and explained the issue, they said they would fix it, but of course it didn't and I was still sore on that side for another couple of weeks. Beware of an office who claims you'll be entered into a contest for a good review! He claims he gives tickets to amusement parks for 5 star reviews. Now I know why. Marcos doesn't perform his job well or this is a big scam! If they tell you medi-cal wont cover your emergency service and try to get $600 dollars cash from you while you're in severe pain please call member services! If they tell you medi-Cal state coverage wont cover your crown and they need will also need additional money from you for that its not true!!! They... read more
