We had a great experience with California Custom decks, from the first meeting to the completion of our deck! The installation team led by Carl were very professional and a great job.

They will not honor their Warranty! I have filed a motion and complaints with BBB next up Attorney General and then the Media. My complaint today is about California Custom Decks Company and their lack of responsibility to honor their warranty issues. Starting early last year we had a main post start cracking all the way up and down and eventually started to separate itself from the main beam. California Custom Decks did an outstanding job on re-decking our deck with TREX composite decking materials. From start to finish, we found the team at CCD to be professional, knowledgable, skilled with keen attention to detail and the process is very organized. Their carpenters are very experienced and the work ethic is excellent. We are very pleased with the end result.
