She thought, since her mom is friends with one of the owners that we could bypass the qualification phase of the rental process. I do understand needing to find housing. I am compassionate to the needs of people desperate to find a home. Very bad. They don't know anything about the properties they claim to "manage." They can't get anything done correctly. Sure, they may be "nice" but that doesn't equate to actual competence.
