I had a great experience with the credit union and truly appreciate all the help I received. A special shoutout to Andy in loans back office for assisting me with my loan process and making everything smooth and easy. I also want to recognize the branch manager Lyudmila for being so kind, welcoming, and helpful while getting my account set up. Their professionalism and support made the entire experience stress-free. I’m very grateful for all of their help and excellent customer service!
I came this morning to opened up a new CD account which I had no idea how to do but Iris Cordova was so nice and very helpful explaining all about it thanks Credit Union for having employees like her working there ..!
Yesterday, a Sunday, I was informed that my debit card had been compromised and thereby my account/card had to be shut down. This morning, Monday I had a chance to talk to someone. Receiving a new debit card will take 7~10 days unless I pay a $25 fee. Thankfully, CCU was willing to wave the fee, but I'd love to see any and all fees of this kind discontinued or reduced significantly. Otherwise, CCU rises above most financial institutions by far.
I have been with CCU for a long time and I can say they have been very good to me. Keep up the good customer service work...
