My experience with German was amazing. He goes above and beyond in his role. Any questions I have is he will make sure he fixes anything. his customer service is amazing. I suggest banking with California credit union my referrals and I are eve dry happy here!
DO NOT OPEN AN ACCOUNT! They hold your money and any deposits! I am getting the run around and even had to bother my employer for requesting and clarifications just to get funds cleared! But even that I’m still in limbo with funds being held for 2 weeks?! Ridiculous. STAY AWAY.
California Credit Union used to be really good. However since merging with North Island Credit Union. Customer service and satisfaction is gone. There are long waits with pending transactions, ACH account holds, and a huge increase in all sorts of transaction, Atm, and NSF fees. They hold everything in pending. Then will process sale transactions first then the deposit. Even though the deposit posted first. Then they charge a NSF then process the pending deposit so they can claim thier fee.
