I thought switching to a credit union would make my life easier but it’s been absolute hell the last 2 weeks and I’m on the verge of just crying in frustration. Tried depositing the same 3rd party check with a shorthand name and you guys refused it both times at the mobile deposit and affiliate ATM. Rejected instantly by mobile but it took nearly a week for an affiliate ATM deposit. Hold release times changed 3 times before being rejected completely. I like this bank but I don't like the daily cash withdrawal limit. It's not enough. 200 & 500 are the daily limits. My past banks were 1000.

My bank information was exposed to some scammers. They had my bank name, ATM card number & account number. I lost money and I had to make a police report. It’s scary to bank with CCU. Also, will take them days to process the transactions. What is such a big deal to post the transactions on time? CCU it’s an awful choice for banking.
