So apparently they have to call for any check over $500 to cash if they’re new pathetic policy this is an absolute waste of my time and I don’t appreciate it. Horrible policy
The Downey California Credit Union has outstanding service. I’ve been with the bank over 40 plus years and I’ve never had a concern. Each employee is personable and knowledgeable at their job. Thank you California Credit Union!
Update went to another one and they were nice to me TLDR, go to Schools First Credit Union if you can. Got the runaround all day from them and they were acting sketchy the whole time I was in there. Seemed like they were trying to waste my time for some reason. Tried 3 times to open an account. They also lied about accepted documents for proof of residency. The clerk claimed she could not show me the list of accepted documents and a signed leasing agreement was not one of them. Google quoted their website as saying it was. S... read more
