I have been with the California Credit Union for over 40 years and not once have the done anything to benefit me. I've been with Schools First bank as a secondary bank for 7 years. Schools First has done more for me in those 7 years and they treat me with dignity. Today I went in to ask about saver programs and I felt very dismissed by the woman who waited on me. I'm looking forward to Schools first opening in Northridge the day me and ALL of my family members as well as my friends will close our multiple accounts with CCU. ... read more
Impossible to work with!
Last time I'll ever ask for an Account Manager for anything ever again. I walked in to get a printout of my business payouts. The lady that called my name after signing in, waved me over, had a desk full of papers, asked me what I needed, and then when told, her response was shocking. She's said she can't do it she would need another department to do it. When asked why she couldn't just print them out for me knowing it was only a few pages.
