I have banked with so many banks but this bank has the worst service. I asked them to change my email to avoid conflicting the Zelle service I have with another bank. They keep telling me that my email address has been effectively changed to the new one I gave them. However, they keep sending me emails to my older address. They also put me on hold yesterday for 52 minutes before I was able to speak to a customer service. I just closed the account within one week of opening it.
Wags it open a litter bit later all week.
