Dealing with lemon law is never fun. They made the process as easy as possible. They communicated what was needed, asked for clarification or gave it depending on what was needed. Once I gave them all the documents, they gave us a step by step of what to expect and they gave a reminder of upcoming events just in case it was needed to make sure nothing was missed. When we had questions, they got back to us quickly. Sometimes as quick as 5 minutes and other times it was the next day.

Disappointed with how my case turned out. Warning to those considering this firm, signing doesn’t mean they will keep your case. Before I signed the retainer with them, I presented the situation and provided all the requested documents. They also answered a lot of my questions and concerns. It was a case they were willing to take on; I felt confident with them. However, all the firm simply did was submit a repurchase request letter to the manufacturer.
