This property management company is not professional, does not handle business we have reported a leak from a unit above that was leaking into our unit and had all the HOA Board members present with a plumber everything addressed to the management company over 2 years ago, and now has caused inside water damage to our unit. Claudia and the ladies in the front office were eager and prompt to help me with my condo problem. Great customer service. In addition, it was Decire who helped me with my father’s account problems. He has dementia and things became pretty chaotic. She was understanding and helpful with assisting me to bring his account into good standing.
We have owned our condo for over 25 years. California Condo Management has been taking care of our community for approximately 15 years. They have been extremely helpful, competent, professional, and trustworthy. I would recommend them to others that are considering them to manage their community.
I wouldn't recommend this management company. They do not respond to your phone calls, they do not follow up what is bring up to their attention. If you come to their office and need to speak to the person in charge she/he is always busy, in a meeting or not in the office. You leave the office with a promise that she/he will call you and they never do it.
