The attitudes and the condescending treatment by the service advisors is a joke. A scam repair shop inside of a scam dealership. Guess that’s how you get rich. Avoid at all costs

My wife owns a 1995 Mercury Grand Marquis. I could not find a single shop with anyone who could even do a diagnosis to find out what was "actually" wrong with the car.
