From initial design to final product, California Closets delivered 5 star service. Our designer listened and heard our desires. She built an initial sketch that we refined to exactly what we wanted. We had two wall units custom designed and precisely fitted. The workmanship and materials are excellent and their responsiveness was terrific. On time and on budget.
We started our California Closets project on April 24, and as of August 9, we’re still waiting for installation. I want to be fair because my designer, Jeff Frank, has been knowledgeable, professional and easy to work with. He clearly knows closet design, and I genuinely believe many of the issues were outside of his direct control. This is our second project with California Closets! We love our designer and the results have transformed our older home closets into beautiful, modern and best of all usable spaces! Couldn’t be happier!
