I cannot recommend CA Closets highly enough! The experience was top notch from start to finish. Expert advice, beautiful products and finishes, perfect install process. Molly Nelson, my contact and designer at CA Closets VB, was friendly, professional, patient, and accessible, and did such a great job helping me design a whole house worth of closets. I am super pleased with how it all turned out. I’d use them again in a heartbeat and would recommend others use them with zero hesitation!
Overall, great design from California Closets! This was our 4th & 5th closets done by CC! The installer was very kind, courteous and professional. A few minor mishaps..1)The installer hit my husband’s truck upon arrival. (CC promptly contacted their insurance company and are taking care of the damages) 2)Fortunately, I was home before the install was completed, the bottom shelf was installed too high(was supposed to be 18.75” from the floor, and he accidentally placed them at 30”)Luckily, I caught it before he placed all of ... read more
