We had a great experience with California Closets - Plano. The design consultation was easy, and very productive. We had consultations at other similar places, but California Closets product felt, and looked superior for almost the exact same price. Communication was great throughout the project, and our laundry room looks fantastic!
Jordan and his partner did a GREAT job with my bed repair today. The warranty process does work. Once I filed, Juan got back to me right away and scheduled a repair. My husband thought it was awfully expensive to buy from California Closets, but after this experience he can see that the guarantee paid off. Thank you so much for servicing us!
First, the contract was very aggressive with fees for anything that the customer did “wrong”, like a 10% fee for a family emergency that resulted in a schedule change. The contract caused to significantly scale back our project. On the project day, the installer took much longer than we were told due to having to go back for parts that he didn’t get and his difficulties with the installation. This is my third time using California Closets, and it's been easy and enjoyable each time. This time they took our builder-grade upstairs storage closet and made it much more functional. We're able to use the space vertically now vs. having to stack things haphazardly from the ground up. Each team member we worked with was so courteous and communicative too!
