We had a very knowledgeable and helpful sales person in Julie Lawrence. She helped us redesign our existing closet space and enameled us to transform our closets, with the help of our very efficient and experienced installers Joe and Quinn, into beautiful space that better suits our needs. We absolutely love our new closets and highly recommend using California Closets.
It took us way too long to get to this review due to some other house issues, but now that everything has settled down we LOVE the new cabinets California Closets designed and installed in our finished basement. Our designer, Shannon, was so nice and incredibly detailed-oriented. She listened to what we were looking for, talked us through a bunch of different combinations of options, and in the end we were absolutely thrilled with how everything looks. I had a very good experience with California Closets. Joy, my designer, worked long and hard to make sure that my thoughts and ideas were incorporated and really seemed to want to make sure I was pleased in every way. There were a few little glitches that are the reason for only 4 stars. One cabinet did not fit my shredder as I had requested and I wish I had been a bit more informed about lighting intensities but after having done many remodeling jobs, I can say that I would recommend CC overall to anyone.
