I had a wonderful experience working with Bernardette, from design through installation. She took such care in making sure the design was the best use of the space and checked in throughout the building process. The installers were kind, quick, and proactive. They let me know one piece had arrived damaged and that a replacement was already ordered. It was installed shortly after. Everything looks gorgeous! Looking forward to working with California Closets again.
We had an excellent experience with CC and Bernadette. Scheduling the initial consultation was a breeze. Bernadette came to our home herself, got a sense of our style and preferences, and promptly got back to us with proposed designs. The follow up meeting was efficient and productive, and we were able to fine-tune the details of all our closets using CGI software and renderings, all before final production. We got our walk-in closet shelving, bathroom linen cabinet, and cabinets for the laundry room. The process was very smooth and the results are beautiful and professional. We got the new agave color and it looks great, modern and understated but still gives character. Having and organized closet is a real luxury, even small things like how easily hangers slide on the metal oval bars make a big impact.
