I love my new wall beds. I had to be out of town the day they were installed, but everything was done perfectly and with care. I would definitely recommend California closets.
Terrible customer service and poorly installed product. Had to chase them down to get someone out there to fix the poor installation. There was no management follow up. Michelle was our person and she was mia. For the price I would have expected more. Since California Closets is a franchise I would recommend just going to a different location and maybe it will be better.
Very pleased with the quality of the work installing our California closets! Nick and Francis were very professional and we are very happy with the results.
