From start to finish, I was very satisfied with California Closets. The staff was very easy to deal with and installation went smoothly. The products came exactly as ordered. I would recommend them highly.
I had a great experience. I’d like to give 4.5 but that’s not an option. The design part was great and I never felt pressured to buy, which solidified my decision to go with California Closets. My installation was great too, efficient and clean. My only reason for doing .5/1 star less is how they structure their payments. 50% down (makes sense). Then the other 50% when installation is done. Excellent process from design to installation of a wall of cabinets today. Cariann was excellent at troubleshooting a design that worked with my wonky wall dimensions in an old Arts and Crafts house - working with my wish list and with a small room, usual wall curves, baseboards and old plugs. Lucas installed the cabinets smoothly and efficiently with attention to tiny details -- and he adjusted middle shelves to accommodate a request. We had a wonderful experience with California Closets designing our walk-in closet. Our designer, Carainn, was fantastic to work with. She was very detail-oriented and patient, answering what felt like hundreds of questions from me and accommodating a lot of back-and-forth as I wanted to feel 100% confident in every decision and detail.
