Because they have franchises and corporate locations customers are limited in using only the location in a specific territory which involves artificial boundaries. They refused my business in a location closer to my home due to their territorial practices. I have been trying to contact anyone to get my closet drawers to open and close correctly. They have been out 4 times to try and address the issues and they have not made any improvements. I called again to tell them they were still not functioning and I am told over and over again that someone will call me back but no one ever does. I paid huge money for this closet and I can not get any service at all that fixes my issues. over 12 grand invested and they can not fix drawers?
