Exceptional design, exceptional customer service and exceptional installation. Sybil, our designer did a great job listening to our needs and designed around that flawlessly. The installation crews (Matt, Tim, Brandon and Keron) were pros. We highly recommend working with the whole team!
Ultimately we have what we contracted for from California Closets but the process it took to get there was well below expectations. The design team did not lay everything out well enough for the implementation team to execute well. The execution team had very inexperienced team members. They did not represent their company well (argued with each other in front of us, shouts to each other in different rooms etc). Was not what I expected from a premium player like California closets.
