Unfortunately, I had a really disappointing experience with California Closets. My first designer (who was already rude during the initial consultation) completely ghosted me. I only discovered this when I was informed that my case was being "closed" after 3 weeks of me trying to get ahold of the designer. Experience was excellent. Stefanies design made great use of our space and Daniel K. Singh was our installer and he was efficient neat and made our walk in look fabulous!
Firstly, the installers were very professional and friendly. A++ to them. I am very disappointed in the design. The gap at the bottom looks ridiculous. I had asked for them to go all the way to the floor so it doesn’t look funny but the designer convinced me to stop at the baseboards…..it doesn’t do that. Initially, she wanted the cupboards/drawers to start at the baseboard too. I was concerned about a gap under those collecting dust and also why? I’m glad I insisted those go to the floor.
