time wasters....Everytime that I go in here, "Wich is once a month". and when ever they are busy, there is only one window open with a guy taking his sweet time..with 4 people ahead of me I'm looking at a 30+ min wait. The worst part is there's always somebody sitting in the next window doing absolutely nothing or making it appear that he's doing something while the lines gets bigger. it's ridiculous.. if you have somewhere to be, don't go here

I was given wonderful customer service by Frankie. He listened very carefully to what I needed and he was very pleasant and polite. Most amazing, as I was leaving the check cashing center, I had forgotten to get a money order for my rent. He called me back as I was leaving and said, maam, you forgot to get a money order. Saved the day. Frankie gets 5 stars and a blessing.
