i went to the branch to send money WU to my family to the philippines and i was having a lil chat with Sam while he was helping me with my transaction he offered me the line of credit on the top of my payroll advance and i was approved! thanks Sam, great customer service and best General Manager ever you saved me

Terrible customer service and rude, unhelpful employees. I've been here three times and every single time, I've been given one arbitrary reason after another for why they refuse to cash my check, with the last time being because I signed the check before giving it to them "so I clearly already cashed it and was trying to commit check fraud"; how dare you? Avoid like the plague, at all costs.
