I have been a customer for a very long time that being said when i first loaned the store was on chester ave in oildale. The girls there were great i loved them. Since the move to white lane none of those girls remain. Last month i called to see if i could pay the next morning because of backed up traffic on 99 they have let me before. Jackie was a nice and very helpful person.
Walking in there are 3 people working. Not one employee greeted me and acknowledged i was there. There was only 1 person in front of me in line. After 5 minutes they helped the customer infront of me, there is NO AC in the waiting area. How do you expect us to breath with a mask on in 80 degree temperatures!?!? The employees admitted the AC was off after I informed them it was really hot inside. Why would you not be running your AC when it is 100+ degrees outside!?! Went to cash a personal check they asked for my social security number 3 refrences and where i work just to cash it i told them no and left went somewhere else and cashed with no problems
