Worst customer service I ever dealt with when I was trying to send money employee name supposedly jasmin clearly has some personal issues she’s bringing to work and when asked to speak to manager ofcourse to my surprise “she’s the manager” extremely hostile because I advised her she had poor customer service she refused service ofcourse I send the money elsewhere
Asked a simple question and they couldn't give me an answer....
This cash checking used to be in Long Beach next door to where I live. The employees and service is so good I drive all the way to Wilmington now where they moved. (Now that’s sayin’ something...) [Recommended]
