The most terrible Staff I have ever come in contact with. I have been there before.. all of my documents in order. She did not want to cash my check told me to come back with anything that had my address. I came back with my checkbook which has my address. She denied me saying it needed to be a utility bill. I will call the BBB about obvious discrimination as the people who came before me and after me didn’t need any further verification
I come here every week or so to complete some transactions and a few of the staff members are great, however I find too inconsistently the hours are incorrect. When you arrive there is an open sign even when they are not open, and they recently changed the hours and it is not updated on here. So I’ve driven here wasting gas & time expecting them to be open, because on here it says they are and they now don’t open until 10 and actually close at three on Saturdays. They wasted my time and wouldn't cash my income tax checks even though the address on the check matched my ID. I was in a hurry I had to make a purchase. They wasted my time. Don't go here.
Came to this place and it is the Worst Loan place ever !!! The Ladys name “Vilma” Was Rude! She Was with a customer over 30 min! And was answering more phone calls Rather than attending us customers. They Laggggg here! I was shocked at her Service I guess customers mattered but not At this place!
This location is very racist. I went in today to get a loan and normally don’t go to this location. However, this Hispanic lady was asking me all types of questions. Then she answered phone calls and helped other customers on the phone while I was waiting. Her questions were starting to become redundant. Went to the other location and no issues. Not happy
