Cool place very quite the only thing there is nothing around in walking distance but its awesome
Management is helpful and friendly. The location is great and the price is decent for the square footage. The complex is fairly quiet, though adjacent residences can get a little loud from time to time. I would give the apartment 5 stars if it weren't for the trash issues on the main road outside. Also, people tend to prop the walk-in gates open, which is unnerving. All in all, the positives outweigh the negatives.
Inconsistent rule enforcement, had multiple items stolen from my unit by maintenance using the office keys, after changing my locks, there was evidence of pliers used to try and gain access. Met with apathy when brought to management attention. Would discourage anyone from living there.
