Dr. Lou is no doubt a caring doctor. But the long wait is rather ridiculous! We made an appointment in advance but we waited in the lobby for one hour. The front desk could only tell us that there’s no room (two doctors share the same office) or the doctor was with another patient. Shouldn’t a clinic respect patient’s valuable time? I hope they will improve their system on scheduling appointments.
