Since Google doesn't allow the separation of the front office and the medical staff reviews, the overall rating will take the hit. This morning, I received a call from Stockton Hematology Group (this week's name for California Cancer Care) reminding me of their policy of co-pay at time of service. I returned the call as I show no appointments in the next week or two. I sat there on hold for about 10 minutes, then hung up. I tried calling the Modesto office where the same happened.
