Boss Hoss always treats it's customers right. Since buying my Ural Patrol from them in 2010, they have gone out of their way to keep me happy and on the road. I am at 30,000 km and still counting. My sidecar may not be one of their specialized trikes, but I am always treated as a special VIP customer.
