Professional, knowledgeable and honest. Ralph is fantastic, he showed up within 45 minutes and got to taking care of my broken hot water tank. He stayed until 7pm to make sure I had hot water for the night. What a excellent guy! This is the second time I have used this company and I will continue to do so, with employees as great as Ralph.
