Never open a safe deposit box at this branch. They are completely unreliable and untrustworthy. You can’t access your box when you need to, and there are far too many complications. First, I went on a Thursday at 2:00 p.m., and the branch was closed with a sign stating that it was due to staffing issues. Then, I returned on Monday at 10:00 a.m., and the vault wouldn’t open. The staff said there was nothing they could do about it. This is absolutely unacceptable.

인종차별이 심한 곳. 온갖 정부 인증 아이디를 다 제공했는데 1시간동안 온갖 정보 제공후 답변에는 조롱을 당하고 눈앞에서 운전 면허증 불에 비춰보는 짓을 당하고 리젝당하는 곳이다. (내 신분증 가져간건 어디쓰는지..?)

I applied for my PPP loan second draw from this bank. Ahmad who is the branch manager was very prompt with his response. He followed up everyday with me and with the loan officers until they closed the loan. There was a lot of complications with my loan due to an error on my first PPP. They pulled it through for me!!

Applied for a business loan here, very reasonable, I walked in thinking there is no way to get rejected. For whatever reason, I was denied the loan, and they never gave me a valid answer on why that was. All of my financials and everything was in order, above their requirements, just everything was A okay. Starting to think it was just personal, not sure what to think really.
