I have always recieved great service for my business. I would hight recommend them.
My friend and I came in here to cash his check from work. A process that usually should take no more than 5 minutes. We have been waiting here for almost 30 minutes while the teller "verified" the check. Our teller Antoinette Douglas, has been talking to her coworkers, doing other tasks, and making my friend and I wait for half an hour while she waits for a call back to verify that my friend works there. I've been doing my business banking here for 3 years now and the service is top notch. I am greeted by name when I walk in and they really show they care about my business. Highly recommended.
Mary Figures has always made it an unpleasant experience when coming in to make deposits for my job. It seems that any time I've come in she has an attitude and is very loud and abrupt, not friendly at all. This place is definately a no for me. Big banks are more friendly
