I’m very disappointed with the service at this branch. I came in because I needed to make a wire transfer, and I understood that there were only about 15 minutes left before the cutoff time. I specifically asked the clerk whether it would be possible to complete the wire within 10 minutes. After spending some time working at the keyboard and then speaking with another employee, she eventually told me that they could not process the wire as a future-dated transfer. Good services, excellent location
Overall, our past experiences with this branch have been mostly pleasant (with slight inconveniences here and there). However, my most recent experience wasn't pleasant, as a particular staff member there was out of line in her latest interaction with me; she essentially interrupted me more than once and had a harsh tone throughout our conversation.
