Friendly, honest service This Los Altos auto shop is owned and operated by a very friendly, hardworking couple ... and a frequent presence is their young son, who is always willing to share his toys with customers' children! Their service is very quick, prices are comparable to other mechanics I've used, and they're very helpful with arranging alternate transportation. Great repair shop California Automotive Service offers repairs on most cars. They are very reasonably priced and have great customer service. The owner works on your car and explains in detail what he will do to fix the problem.
Friendly, honest service I've taken my car to California Automotive several times, typically for relatively "major" repairs/service. In each instance, I've been very pleased with the speed and quality with which the services were performed, and with the obvious honesty of the owner/mechanic, Alan. He and his wife are also very helpful about arranging transportation home, and with entertaining my kids while we wait! PROS: Honest, efficient service CONS: None
