I have been a member for several years and CAA has a hot line I can call when I need information. Sometimes it's difficult wading through the California legal waters concerning landlord/tenant relations, but CAA is there for me when I need them. They also keep me updated via email concerning pertinent legislation whether beneficial or harmful to landlord interests. I am able to do my part at that time through letters and phone calls to help us all. I have just paid my dues and consider it well spent!
